Essential Duties
FLOWERSTORE.PH, Philippines #1 Online Gift Store, is looking for DISPATCHERS for Valentine's campaign ONLY to help in accomplishing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Florist team to ensure on-time preparation of orders
- Assign the orders to the different riders based on optimal delivery routes
- Ensure the orders have all their items (bouquet, card and add-ons)
- Coordinate with CS team on solving customer inquiries
- Receive cash pertaining to Cash-on-Delivery orders from riders
- Support the company's operations.
- Other tasks may be required which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties

- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Proactive and willing to learn
