Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.
Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Vocational/College level of related course
At least 1 year experience in Dispatching, Route planning from logistics industry is an advantage!
Open to Fresh Graduate that are good in MS Excel
Good English communication skills
Advance MS Excel Skills
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches
Amenable to work on a Shifting Schedule.
Willing to work on site, 6 days: Unnamed Road, Mandaue City, Cebu
