We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor who will oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure vehicles are properly assigned and trips are completed on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment by coordinating closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and has practical knowledge of vehicle handling and basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure accurate and timely trip assignments
- Monitor vehicle availability, trip queues, and service flow in real time
- Lead, guide, and support dispatch staff to follow procedures and meet performance targets
- Handle operational issues such as delays, no-shows, rerouting, and customer concerns
- Coordinate with Driver Operations, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure incidents, exceptions, and operational concerns are properly logged and reported
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Track and monitor key performance indicators such as on-time trips and vehicle utilization
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
- Assist in checking vehicle conditions and support basic troubleshooting when needed
- Prepare daily and periodic operations reports
Qualifications
- At least 24 years of experience in dispatch, transport, logistics, or operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and take action under pressure
- Preferably with hands-on experience in vehicle troubleshooting, basic maintenance, or repair, but not required.
- Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle management is an advantage
- Willing to work weekend schedule and holidays
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay (NAIA Terminal 3)
