Dispatch Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, quick-thinking Dispatch Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our incoming leads and customers. You will respond to inquiries, turn them into booked appointments, and coordinate our technicians so every job runs smoothly from the first call to final follow-up. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, a friendly and professional manner, and the drive to grow with our company for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately to incoming leads, calls, and messages
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service appointments
• Monitor technicians progress and keep appointments on schedule
• Follow up on completed jobs to confirm proper completion
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date on every lead, appointment, and job

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent spoken English with clear, natural pronunciation
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Fast response time and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with CRM systems
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience supporting U.S. home service companies
• Hands-on experience with Workiz
• Experience converting inbound leads into booked appointments
• Experience coordinating field technicians or service schedules
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Motivation to learn, improve, and grow with the company
