Key Responsibilities
● Asset Management:
○ Conducts inventory of Cars/Keys/Cards
○ Ensures that all the cars that will be used have corporate cards along with the keys.
○ Incharge on all transfers of cars to different locations for (Disposal).
● Driver Management:
○ Ensure that all drivers with trips on a daily basis are checked and monitored.
○ License/Proper Uniform/Pre trip and Post trip interview checking.
○ Maintain regular communication with the drivers to relay information and provide updates and manage issues of drivers on the field.
● Document Handling:
○ Ensure timely submission of DTR.
○ In charge of the monitoring of all fuel reports and RFID reports.
○ Timely submission of needed documents to other departments.
● Monitoring and Tracking:
○ Use of GPS to track drivers and location real time.
○ Ensure that drivers adhere to the schedules provided to them.
○ Reroute if necessary
Qualifications
● Experience:
○ Proven track record of successfully managing customer service teams and meeting performance targets.
● Skills and Competencies:
○ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
○ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
○ Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
○ Knowledgeable on the use of Excel
○ certifications in logistics, transportation, or emergency dispatch is a plus
