Our client has an opening for a BRIGHT, OUTGOING PERSONALITY to fill a crucial full-time seat of a DISPATCHER in our service department! This person has an important role and must thrive in a fast-paced office environment handling a high volume number of calls, texts, and emails with both our field staff and our valuable clientele. Responsibilities
- Real Time Debriefing
- Updating Incorrect Data in our CRM - Service Titan (equipment, tags, etc.)
- Adding in Sales Opportunity Tags
- Verifying GPS to Punch Times
- Computer focused and on internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system
- Prioritize and dispatch service calls to our amazing HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians.
- Maintain and communicate the on-call schedule for service technicians.
- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Clearly communicate with your internal teams and customers.
- Utilize additional technology and software to complete the daily work flow.
- Initiate post-service follow-up with customers in order to monitor our performance, ensure customer satisfaction and enter any additional leads into our Service Management software.
- Support administrative staff and service department personnel with various projects and issues
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
Extensive experience in BPO, computer literate and had experience on internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a fast-paced office environment required.
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred but not required.
- Great verbal communication, strong email etiquette and savvy with technology.
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
- Resilient to constant change!!
