Job Description

  • Validates payment and invoice requests, ensuring proper documentation
  • Resolves problems related to invoices and purchase orders
  • Prepares checks and forwards them for approval and signature
  • Records entries from the check register and prepares check vouchers
  • Maintains and updates Daily Disbursement Monitoring reports
  • Handles supplier inquiries and payment follow-ups via calls and emails
  • Schedules outstanding payments to suppliers
  • Tracks daily bank withdrawals and monitors post-dated checks
  • Coordinates with banks regarding auto loan payments
  • Assists in preparing periodic and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Participates in quality assurance activities
  • Performs other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager and Finance Head
