Job Description
Role Overview
- Process and monitor trade and non-trade collections, ensuring transactions are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
- Manage receipt issuance, deposits, reconciliations, and settlement activities in compliance with company policies and controls.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier payment releases, including check handling, validation, and monitoring.
- Process and monitor banking transactions, fund transfers, deposits, and bank-related requests.
- Prepare and submit operational and management reports related to cashiering, collections, and disbursements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and banking institutions to address inquiries and resolve transaction-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Perform other treasury and cashiering-related administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in treasury, cashiering, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking operations, or related finance functions.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash management processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
