Position Summar
yThe Director – Total Rewards is responsible for leading the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping functions for eClerx Philippines. The role develops and executes reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, effective time and attendance administration, and operational excellence. The Director partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and global stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies

Preferred E
- xperience12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role overseeing Total Rewards, Payroll, and Tim
- ekeeping.Experience leading payroll operations for organizations with 2,000+ employees, preferably in the IT-BPM/BPO or shared services
- industry.Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxation, labor laws, and statutory co
- mpliance.Experience with payroll and workforce management platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, Kronos, or similar
- systems.Proven success in driving payroll transformation, automation, and HR operational ex
cellence.
