Job Summary
The Director for Talent Sourcing and Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for architecting a high-performance recruitment engine by integrating innovative sourcing channels with robust employer branding initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development of diverse talent pipelines and the optimization of job portals and referral programs, all while utilizing data-driven analytics to measure the efficacy of recruitment efforts and branding impact. By collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading a high-growth team, the Director ensures the company's value proposition resonates with top-tier talent and that long-term hiring strategies are seamlessly aligned with evolving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Strategic Oversight of Sourcing Channels- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the utilization of job portals, refine referral programs, and establish strategic partnerships with institutions and industry associations.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure sourcing efforts are closely aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels and guide improvements.
- Lead the exploration of innovative sourcing methodologies to stay ahead in the competitive talent landscape.
Talent Pipeline Strategy and Development- Establish and nurture a diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational demands, through proactive engagement with potential candidates.
- Utilize personalized outreach and engagement techniques to effectively connect with passive candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and the desired candidate profile.
External Branding Communications- Develop and execute branding strategies that elevate our companyu0027s image and value proposition for potential candidates.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all external branding materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Harness market insights and industry trends to shape impactful external communications that resonate with our target talent audience.
Leadership and Team Development:- Offer mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the teams under your purview.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging exploration of new tools and methodologies.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Data-Driven Reporting and Analytics:- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key metrics related to sourcing efficiency, talent pipeline growth, and branding impact.
- Compile and deliver regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team
Qualifications:- Bacheloru0027s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with a high focus on emerging, digital, non-traditional sourcing channels and talent pipeline development.
- In-depth understanding of job portals, referral programs, and strategic partnerships within the context of talent acquisition.
- Prior exposure to market analysis, branding, or external marketing is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficient negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency in using talent acquisition and market analysis tools and software.
