Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Director will serve as the strategic leader of the client's talent acquisition function, responsible for designing, optimizing, and executing recruitment strategies that support business growth across all levels.
This role oversees endtoend hiring operations for the client, builds strong relationships with the client's business leaders, and drives a highperformance, data-driven recruiting organization.
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with strong leadership capabilities.
US RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is highly preferred, especially managing high-volume, SLA-driven accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic TA Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Lead employer branding, talent market positioning, and candidate experience initiatives.
Team & Operational Management
- Oversee, mentor, and scale a highperforming team of TA managers, recruiters, and sourcing specialists.
- Establish KPIs, recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure data-driven execution.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding workflows.
RPO & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with US-based clients and/or RPO stakeholders, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and service delivery excellence.
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, assessment partners, and talent intelligence providers.
Process, Technology & Compliance
- Optimize the recruiting tech stack (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, assessments).
- Ensure compliance with global and US employment regulations, data privacy standards, and internal audit controls.
- Standardize recruitment processes across business units to improve quality and speed of hire.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Lead DEI hiring initiatives, ensuring diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to integrate inclusive strategies into every stage of hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience working in or managing US-based RPO programs (high-volume, SLA-driven environments).
- Proven success developing and executing enterprise-level recruitment strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and communication skills.
- Expertise in recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and modern TA technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and manage teams in complex, fastpaced environments.
