About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our end-to-end recruitment function. This role will be responsible for driving the organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing a high-performing TA team, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract top talent across all functions.
The ideal candidate has successfully built and led TA teams in startup and high-growth environments, possesses strong stakeholder management skills, and has a proven track record of delivering hiring outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and recruitment best practices.
- Drive workforce planning discussions with business leaders and HR partners.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and TA managers across Technology and Non-Technology hiring.
- Establish performance metrics, hiring SLAs, and productivity benchmarks for the TA team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Business Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
- Influence and drive hiring decisions through data-driven insights.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to position it as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to enhance talent attraction initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent platforms.
- Optimize recruitment spend while ensuring quality hiring outcomes.
- Drive diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred from Tier 1
- 10–15 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing both Technology and Non-Technology hiring functions.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment teams within startups and high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and business leaders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data to drive decisions.
