The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Tech Sales Leader to join us in Malaysia, with responsibilities across multiple countries.
In this role, you will be an experienced sales leader who loves technology and partnering closely with associates in Malaysia, world-wide technology sales and go-to-market teams, Segment and Ecosystem Sales team, world-wide product teams, and Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams. You will lead a team of technical sales professionals to engage with corporate and public sector customers to discuss and represent key aspects of the Red Hat go-to-market strategies.
As a Head of Tech Sales, you will conduct business reviews, hire, train, and develop this highly specialized team of persuasive technologists to ensure healthy growth for Red Hat, your team, and customers and ensure success in working on global standards. You oversee and manage Malaysia forecast and sales process to gain a deep understanding of our customers and the business.
