Our client is an established industry leader poised to harness business intelligence resources to grow market share in the coming year and beyond. As such, there is an excellent opportunity for a FPA professional, with extensive experience in leading Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, to join them in their Singapore office.

Role

As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing BI function that enables timely insights, commercial clarity and strategic impact. You will develop the enterprise BI strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial, operational and financial priorities. Designing and ensuring adoption of evolving reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools by the relevant stakeholders will be key in this role. Partnering closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, Commercial and Technology teams, the goal is to provide clear, actionable insights to the senior leadership.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, of which some meaningful years must have been within the BI/Data Analytics space. Prior experience in a complex and matrixed MNC will be highly preferred. Minimally a regional finance professional, any experience managing global projects will be highly valued. Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills are critical success factors in this role. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the Senior Manager levels.
