Conceptualise and implement marketing calendar entailing creative and profitable casino offers, promotions and events for players to drive visitation and revenue
Collaborate with resort marketing, hotel, event planner, gaming operations and business regions to develop and improve player programs that drive incremental trips
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and ROI of casino promotions and events
Work with in-house and external service providers to execute special events
Manage all promotional budget in accordance to marketing goals and plans
Develop factsheet and collaterals, and seek approval from authority on all promotions and events developed for the casino
Communicate consistently and effectively all promotional events and offers information to guests via on-line and on-site
Conduct general marketing research to keep abreast of trends and competition
Coach, mentor and train a talented core of team members
Qualifications
At least 5 years of promotions and event experience in relevant fields or Casino Marketing experience.
Strong analytical, project management and communication skills to all levels of management.
Highly organised and structured with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities.
Strong relationship development skills with a wide variety of audiences across different functions, ability to manage competent personnel to high levels of performance.
Degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
