Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define & execute the Philippines Procurement & SCM practice strategy for technology and consulting teams
- Own local operations, revenue forecasts, utilization, margin, pricing, and delivery capacity planning.
- Work closely with India leads and align to overall practice strategy.
- Setup thought leadership framework with the team: PoVs, playbooks, benchmark studies, case studies, and events/webinars etc
- Oversee projects executed by the team ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and high quality.
- Lead a team of product consultants, solution architects, functional/process SMEs, integration and data specialists.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop talent, define role competency frameworks, build certification pathways
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture with strong collaboration across sales, delivery, and operations.
- Support business development: solutioning, proposals, demos, RFP responses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local regulations; align with local operations team
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years total experience in technology and product implementation space, with 5+ years in leadership roles (practice lead, portfolio lead, or delivery director).
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience of working in any enterprise applications can be considered (Oracle, Salesforce, CRM, etc.)
