We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader from an IT Consulting / Professional Services environment to lead large-scale, multi-country Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs.
This role will own end-to-end delivery across multiple global delivery centers, with full accountability for client satisfaction, P&L performance, resource utilization, and margin management across a 50–100+ member delivery organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide overall Delivery oversight and integration across multiple global delivery centers (onshore/offshore model)
- Own delivery governance, resource planning, utilization, revenue growth, and margin performance
- Lead large-scale Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives involving Procurement SaaS platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, o9, BY)
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams in pre-sales, solution design, estimation, RFP responses, and client orals
- Manage executive-level client stakeholders and steer governance forums
- Develop and scale Procurement & Supply Chain consulting delivery capabilities
- Establish delivery frameworks, quality metrics, compliance standards, and risk governance structures
- Drive account growth through delivery excellence and client relationship management
Mandatory Technical & Functional skills:
- 15+ years of experience in technology and product implementation space, with 5+ years in leadership roles (practice lead, portfolio lead, or delivery director)
- Proven experience leading 50+ FTE delivery teams (100+ preferred) in a global delivery model
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience (CXO-level client engagement)
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, RFPs, and client presentations
- Deep understanding of project and program delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Domain Experience:
- Preferred: Procurement & Supply Chain transformation experience including digital procurement platforms
- Open to evaluate: Strong senior delivery leaders with large-scale Enterprise Application transformation experience (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Big 4, Tier-1 IT Consulting firms, or Global System Integrators
- Experience operating within Global Capability Centers or Managed Services models
- Exposure to Procurement SaaS or Enterprise Application platforms
