Role Summary
Director - Private Equity Fund Administration
We are seeking a Director - Private Equity Fund Administration to lead the operational, commercial, and strategic success of a global delivery engagement (300 FTEs across India and the Philippines). This role combines service excellence, profitability, and strategic client partnership, with emphasis on financial data and alternative assets expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Own P&L for the account, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and margin expansion.
- Drive efficiency initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption.
- Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable client value.
Global Operations & Governance
- Lead 300 FTEs across India and the Philippines.
- Ensure delivery quality through subject matter expertise in financial data/alternative assets.
- Implement governance frameworks and risk management to mature operations.
- Safeguard compliance and operational stability in the financial research domain.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary executive client interface and trusted advisor.
- Align internal functions (HR, Technology, Finance) with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- 710 years in BPO/IT-ITES or Financial Services/Data, with 5+ years in Director-level leadership.
- Direct P&L ownership for multi-million-dollar programs.
- Mandatory expertise in alternative assets, private markets, or financial data.
- Proven success in global operations across India and the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA/PMP/Lean Six Sigma preferred.
