Position Overview

As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling large budgets media campaigns for our Media clients. We have been providing quality Digital & Media Mandates across industries & clients in the field of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Campaigns, Online Reputation Management services, across the globe.

You will be reporting to Vice President and responsible to Implement and manage overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, ROI from different digital channels and Multiple client portfolios.

Core area to focus: Project Management -Regional Level, Team Leadership, Escalations Management, Growth Opportunities, New Business Opportunities / Development, Innovation/ Automation, Client Relationship Management and Business Review Training and Account Opportunities. Team Management, Task (TAT) Management, Workflow Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Team Engagement/ Motivation, Innovation/ Automation, Strategy, Coaching / Training.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for complete engagement of the business vertical/s under him/her and enabling it to grow multi-fold.
  • Implementing and improving the go-to-market strategy.
  • Developing short and long-term strategies and goals for the Sales and Marketing Functions.
  • Being a key member of the senior management team resulting in stakeholder management.
  • Driving & owning engagement Business Growth, Digital Marketing Growth, Revenue Generation, Bottom-line and Top line growth and increasing market share.
  • Jointly working with the senior management to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals.
  • Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company.
  • Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for the company that enables greater visibility in the market.
  • Overseeing change initiatives with comprehensive planning and smooth execution.
  • Creating a culture of metrics-driven accountability that is balanced effectively with client and student centricity.
  • Driving the Business Unit's annual strategy, budget, and planning exercises.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
  • Secured a Trusted Advisor relationships with clients through the overseeing of execution and application of client servicing best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 15+ years of digital experience in at least 2 of the following disciplines: Media Planning, Media Strategy, team management working in client side or agency.
  • Min 12 years experience in digital media marketing or planning.
  • A comprehensive understanding of different marketing capabilities and what they offer the client and customer.
  • Good understanding of performance analytics reports churned by different platforms (Google, META, TikTok, Adobe, etc) to generate insights and recommendations to clients QBRs and MBRs.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing with digital being embedded.
  • Possession of excellent written, oral and presentation skills, particularly the ability to articulate a compelling consumer story and translating that into meaningful strategy.
  • Excel at building relationships, both internally and with C -suite.
  • Must be in Leadership role and team management experience.
  • Be passionate about advertising, relentless in your efforts, persistent in achieving results.
  • Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.

  • Should be aware of changes happening across the digital world with ability to decide what actions should be taken to stay at the forefront of the industry
  • Good to have a platform certification
  • Advanced Excel skills (the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations) and automation
