About the Role
As Director, Training, you will lead the strategic direction, design, and execution of enterprise-wide training initiatives. You will oversee learning programs across e-learning, blended, and instructor-led formats while partnering closely with senior leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in BPO training operations, adult learning principles, LMS management, and training analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership teams
- Oversee the design, development, and rollout of e-learning and blended learning programs
- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of training programs with industry best practices
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, learner feedback, and performance metrics
- Plan and manage training budgets, resource allocation, and cost-effective solutions
- Track and report KPIs related to learning impact, talent development, and ROI
- Drive innovation through emerging learning technologies and digital tools
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and sustainability of training programs
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1012+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or training operations
- Strong background in BPO training operations
- Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Hands-on experience with e-learning and blended learning programs
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, tracking, and reporting
- Strong project, process, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience using data, KPIs, and learner feedback to measure training effectiveness
- Budget planning and resource management experience for training programs

- Experience developing computer-based and asynchronous learning content
- Exposure to emerging learning technologies and digital learning tools
