Our customers are VIP families making emotional buying decisions. This role requires a high level of spoken English, a trustworthy phone manner, and the ability to sell properly over the phone. This is non-negotiable. We will request a short voice sample early in the process.

Role

We're looking for a Sales and Growth Director to join our team.

This is a director role because we do not just want someone to sell. We want someone who can sell at a high level now and help us build the sales team over time.

In the beginning, this is a hands-on sales role. You will be responsible for turning inbound enquiries into booked photoshoots and paid booking deposits. You will own the inbound sales process, follow up properly, close consistently, and set the standard.

Over time, you will help us build the machine. That means improving scripts, improving follow-up, helping define standards, helping train other reps, and helping us create a sales team that can scale without becoming low quality, high pressure, or transactional.

You'll be the first voice many new clients hear from Little Pixies. That matters. Parents need to trust you. They need to feel understood by you. And they need to feel confident booking with you.

This is an ownership role. You will be accountable for bookings, conversion, follow-up quality, and sales performance. As you prove yourself, you will take increasing responsibility for helping us build and lead the sales function.

Who this role is for

  • You are a top performer at your current company.
  • You have 6+ years of B2C sales experience.
  • You are exceptional at selling over the phone.
  • You have ideally sold to emotional buyers before, not just logical ones. That could be luxury sales, premium family services, wedding sales, cosmetic or aesthetic sales, high-ticket coaching, weight loss sales, or other emotionally driven consumer offers.
  • You know how to build rapport fast, handle objections properly, and ask for the sale without sounding needy, scripted, or pushy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound sales process from lead to booking
  • Call new leads quickly and follow up properly
  • Build rapport and trust with parents
  • Understand emotional buying drivers and sell accordingly
  • Secure bookings into the studio calendar
  • Take booking deposits
  • Manage pipeline and follow-up without needing to be chased
  • Follow our sales process and improve it over time
  • Help improve scripts, booking flow, close rates, and sales standards
  • Help us build out the sales team over time
  • Help train, develop, and raise the standard of future sales hires
  • Help us create a sales function that can scale without losing quality

  • Exceed minimum close rate expectations

Requirements

  • 6+ years minimum experience in B2C sales
  • Strong experience selling over the phone
  • Ideally experience in emotional selling
  • Exceptional English accent and spoken English language skill
  • Clear, confident, trustworthy phone manner
  • Self-sufficient and able to manage and prioritise your own time
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable with feedback and high standards
  • Open to learning, improving, and being held accountable
  • Must work UK hours

Compensation

PHP 55k per month + uncapped commission

OTE: PHP 75k - PHP 100k per month
