About the role
As Product Director (IT Solutions) at NCS Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative IT products and solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to market launch and beyond.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products
- Manage the product development process, including resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and translating them into actionable product initiatives
- Develop and implement effective product launch and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimisation strategies
- Mentor and provide guidance to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the IT solutions industry
- Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of innovative software or technology products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading product development using Scrum or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
