Role Overview:
- Title: Director, Operations
- Reports To: AVP, Operations
- Focus: AR Follow-Ups, Insurance Billing & Claims Collections (Hospital & Physician)
- Work Setup: Onsite (first 6 months), then 1-day WFH per week upon regularization
- Schedule: US hours / Night shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for AR follow-up, billing, and collections
- Maximize cash collections while minimizing AR aging and write-offs
- Drive KPI performance and deliver executive-level reporting
- Lead quality, productivity, and compliance initiatives
- Manage escalations, client relationships, and special projects
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Extensive experience in US insurance follow-ups and claims collections
- Strong background in Hospital and Physician billing collections
- Solid knowledge of Commercial and Government US insurance
- Proven operations and client management experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing 2 Senior Operations Managers (Hospital AR & Physician AR)
- Proven scale leadership: 500600 FTEs
- Client ownership of 20+ healthcare clients
- Currently a Director or Interim Director for at least 2 years
