Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations with strong healthcare domain expertise, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role will oversee healthcare operations in the Philippines, ensuring operational excellence, strong service delivery, financial performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end healthcare operations with focus on RCM processes
- Drive operational performance, service delivery, and client satisfaction
- Manage financial performance and operational metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and large-scale teams
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support business growth
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and organic growth initiatives
- Support operational scaling and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Director, AVP, or early VP Operations role
- Strong healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background
- Deep understanding of end-to-end service delivery operations
- Strong people management and leadership capability
- Business and financial acumen with experience managing operational performance
- Experience supporting client growth and stakeholder management
