About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to oversee and optimize all aspects of our consumer electronics account. In this key leadership position, you will partner closely with both internal teams and the client to deliver seamless operations, drive performance improvement, and foster innovation in the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational activities for the consumer electronics account, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers and associates to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support account growth and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report on operational performance to senior leadership and clients.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role supporting a consumer-facing account.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to leverage data and technology to drive decision-making and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
