Job Description

Responsible for overseeing operations across multiple business processes, including billing, cash posting, and adjustments, ensuring that all functions are executed efficiently and accurately. The role is accountable for achieving process metrics such as account cycle times, process costs, adherence to standards, and overall process quality. This includes conducting continuous quality monitoring, providing direction and management for staff and subordinate leaders, and fostering a high-performing team culture. The position also involves driving sustained productivity and accuracy while preparing and managing the applicable budget, ensuring all expenditures remain within established guidelines.

  • Provide operational direction for assigned sites and business functions, coordinating with Human Resources and Legal to resolve site-related matters.
  • Oversee centralized billing and cash posting operations, ensuring standardization and adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and JCAHO standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership across all areas of process design, monitoring, and policy development, driving process improvements, change management, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, implement, and manage annual operating and capital budgets, monitoring performance and reporting variances to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives, tracking progress and optimizing operations throughout the year.
  • Hire, train, and develop Managers, Supervisors, Analysts, and other team members, partnering with HR to maintain consistent policies and staffing levels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing revenue cycle or operations functions, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, cash posting, and adjustment processes, with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive process improvements, and lead change initiatives.
