Client: Non-Stock, Non-Profit Social Development Organization

Location: Manila or Cebu

Work Setup:

• Cebu: Hybrid
• Manila: Work-from-home, with frequent travel to Batangas, Visayas, and Mindanao
• Budget: Php 150,000–200,000/month

Role Overview:

The AVP, Commercial and Operations will provide strategic leadership across commercial development, operations, partnerships, financial management, and organizational performance. The role will drive the effective execution of programs and initiatives while strengthening partnerships and creating sustainable growth and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute strategies aligned with the organization's mission, objectives, and long-term goals.
• Program & Operations Oversight – Lead operational planning and ensure effective delivery of programs, projects, and organizational initiatives.
• Business Development & Partnerships – Identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders, institutions, and potential funding or business partners.
• Financial Stewardship – Oversee budgets, resource allocation, financial performance, and overall sustainability of operations.
• People & Organizational Leadership – Lead, develop, and engage teams while strengthening organizational capability and performance.
• Stakeholder & Brand Management – Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the organization professionally across key engagements.

Qualifications:

• Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Someone with 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
• Must have a Proven track record in strategy execution, operations management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
• He/She must have an Experience leading large-scale environmental, sustainability, social enterprise, or impact-focused programs is highly preferred.
• With Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
