Director of Logistics

We are seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end distribution and fulfillment operations for a large-scale consumer business. This role is responsible for developing logistics strategies, optimizing transportation and warehousing networks, improving inventory performance, and ensuring best-in-class customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall logistics, distribution, and supply planning operations.
• Drive network optimization, cost efficiency, and service improvement initiatives.
• Oversee transportation, warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment performance.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and key supply chain partners.
• Champion continuous improvement, process excellence, and digital transformation projects.
• Utilize data, systems, and analytics to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Experience working with complex consumer-driven supply chains; exposure to retail, manufacturing, technology, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Proven track record in leading large teams, vendor management, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and other supply chain technologies.
