Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with company goals.
- Improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
- Lead digitalization and automation projects, including WMS implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee warehouse operations, storage, and safety compliance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste and stockouts.
- Utilize ERP and analytics tools to improve inventory accuracy.
- Strengthen warehouse controls and reporting.
3. Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
- Implement order tracking systems for better visibility.
- Resolve issues and improve order management processes.
4. Transport Management
- Plan and optimize routes and fleet operations.
- Manage logistics providers and vendor contracts.
- Control transportation costs while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor shipments using tracking systems.
5. Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and company policies.
- Promote ethical sourcing and supplier standards.
