- Develop and implement a portfolio-wide residential leasing strategy aligned with revenue and occupancy targets, driving performance across both RFO and secondary market units.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to proactively adjust leasing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of licensed brokers, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
- Ensure consistent engagement and performance tracking of all broker channels, holding partners accountable to high-performance standards.
- Drive rental yield optimization through sophisticated pricing strategies and proactive inventory management.
- Analyze portfolio performance data—including occupancy, lease rates, and turnover—to identify trends and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with asset management and sales teams on unit positioning and disposition to maximize the value of the portfolio.
- Oversee tenant sourcing initiatives across digital platforms, broker networks, and direct leasing efforts to ensure full coverage of the market.
- Strengthen the tenant experience to improve retention and renewal rates, ensuring high standards for screening, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Oversee lease documentation and contract management to ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Standardize leasing processes, policies, and reporting across all projects to ensure consistent operational excellence and data integrity.
- Leverage significant leadership experience in residential leasing and a deep professional network to command respect within the licensed broker community.
- Utilize an analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps while maintaining the negotiation prowess needed to close high-value deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly preferred
- Minimum 4–8 years experience in residential leasing, brokerage, or property management
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing leasing teams or portfolios
- Proven track record in handling high-volume condominium leasing
