Job Description

  • Ensure stability, reliability, and uptime of all enterprise IT systems and digital platforms.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and long-term resilience improvements.
  • Define and enforce operational standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks across IT operations.
  • Drive proactive monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to minimize production risks and downtime.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong IT operations and production support background in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with incident management, ITIL frameworks, and production reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system architecture.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams under high-pressure environments.
  • Consulting or high-scale enterprise/tech background preferred.
