Our pharmaceutical client, is looking for an IT Director who will lead their technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, strategic planning, and team leadership, ensuring that their technology initiatives align with business goals.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee sales force territory analysis system, ERP, CRM, finance, HRIS, and business applications.
- Ensure high availability of infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user support.
- Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
- Manage IT governance, budgets, vendors, contracts, and software licensing.
- Deliver business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Lead IT team development and project management
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 15 years progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or regulated industries advantaged.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and business partnering skills
