Director of Information Technology

Job Summary:

The IT Director is accountable for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's technology and data platforms. This role ensures that ERP, POS, and related systems work consistently, accurately, and without disruption to the business. S/he serves as the primary point of escalation for all technology-related issues and is responsible for ensuring that systems support operations, finance, and decision-making in real time. The role also includes leading and developing the internal IT team.
