We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the organization's technology strategy, enterprise systems, and IT operations. This role will oversee the development, integration, and management of key business platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring reliable infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support. The IT Director will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and ensuring that all systems operate as a secure, scalable, and integrated ecosystem supporting the company's growth.
This role is for a local conglomerate based in Makati. This will be an onsite role in Makati, following dayshift schedule, M-F.

Responsibilities
- Technology & Systems Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business platforms).
- Oversee internal and vendor-led software development, system customization, and integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration between finance, HR, operations, and reporting systems.
- Digital Transformation
- Drive automation, workflow digitization, and technology-enabled business improvements.
- Establish development standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
- IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Oversee IT service management, helpdesk, and user support.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Lead IT security, data privacy, and risk management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards.
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and system integrators.
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the IT/MIS team including developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support staff.
- Promote knowledge sharing, capability development, and security awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 810+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years in a senior IT leadership or director-level role
- Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS
- Strong background in systems integration, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree or MBA
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or relevant cloud/enterprise platform certifications
