What is the role that we need The Director of Financial Services Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of financial services solutions for clients across asset management, private equity, hedge funds, and other financial institutions. This role oversees operational performance, client satisfaction, and service quality while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.

The successful leader partners closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure delivery capabilities continuously evolve to support market needs and consistently exceed client expectations. The role also leads, develops, and scales high-performing delivery teams while implementing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and leadership development programs that drive operational excellence. This leader champions digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve accuracy, cost efficiency, and turnaround time across all financial services engagements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Delivery & Performance

  • Own end-to-end delivery for financial services clients ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments are consistently achieved
  • Drive standardization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across operational workflows
  • Oversee operational risk management, regulatory compliance, and data privacy safeguards in every engagement
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting for executive-level stakeholders

Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow delivery teams with high standards for performance, domain expertise, and professional development
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support future growth of the financial services vertical
  • Implement delivery governance frameworks, workforce management practices, and service excellence standards

Commercial & Strategic Alignment

  • Oversee financial performance including margin optimization, forecasting accuracy, and resource planning
  • Partner with Sales, Technology, and Client Success teams to support new business acquisition and solution enhancement initiatives
  • Identify automation, digital tools, and process transformation opportunities to add measurable value to clients
  • Lead transitions, change management programs, and onboarding of new financial services engagements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services operations, BPO/outsourcing, or fund administration delivery
  • Strong understanding of asset management, private equity, and/or hedge fund workflows (e.g., fund operations, investor services, accounting, reporting)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams and manage multi-country delivery environments
  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships and resolving complex operational challenges
  • Proven success in driving automation programs, operational excellence initiatives, and digital tooling improvements
  • Strong commercial acumen with capability to manage portfolio-level financial performance
