Who are you

An accredited Finance professional (CA Singapore / CPA), you bring more than 15 years of progressive experience across accounting, budgeting, strategic analysis, and cost management. Crucially, you possess a proven track record of preparing high-growth companies for an IPO on the SGX Catalist board, as well as managing post-listing compliance and investor relations. You have a deep understanding of the sponsor-supervised regime, Catalist continuing listing obligations, and corporate governance requirements.

You have deep roots in healthcare service providers or healthcare, alongside a proven ability to scale fast-growing startups. You are the business's go-to expert-ensuring rigorous cost controls and prudent capital allocation while building why are you important, real-time metrics to monitor and maximize revenue pipelines both pre- and post-IPO.

As we rapidly scale across the region, your leadership will bridge our transition from a private startup to a high-performing public company. You have proven experience in the listing worflow and work with the stakeholders like Board and the CEO towards the outcome. You will transform our financial infrastructure and manage critical relationships with Authorized Sponsors, underwriters, and legal counsels. Post-IPO, you will serve as the strategic face of our finance function to shareholders, ensuring transparent reporting and strict regulatory compliance. You will coach our Finance Team, mentor operations managers, and act as a trusted advisor to the Management Team.
