Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including at least 3-5 years in a multi-site leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of managing teams and facilities across multiple sites or locations simultaneously
  • Strong technical knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and critical equipment management, including HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety systems, and generators
  • Experience overseeing administrative services, including front desk, housekeeping, and administrative support functions
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing standardized processes, procedures, and SOPs at scale
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment strongly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a distributed leadership team
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Philippine site locations

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance & Technical Operations

  • Own the preventive maintenance program for all critical building equipment, including HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety systems, generators, and related infrastructure across all 14 sites
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians responsible for preventive maintenance execution and minor repairs
  • Develop maintenance schedules, SLAs, and equipment lifecycle and replacement plans to minimize downtime and unplanned repair spend

Administrative Services Management

  • Lead front desk, housekeeping, and administrative support functions across all locations
  • Ensure consistent service levels and standards regardless of site size or location
  • Manage relationships with outsourced and third-party service providers where applicable

Process Standardization & Optimization

  • Design and roll out standardized processes, procedures, and SOPs for facilities and administrative services across all 14 locations
  • Identify and lead optimization initiatives across cost, headcount efficiency, response times, and service quality
  • Develop frameworks and playbooks that extend seamlessly to new sites as the footprint grows

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a distributed team of facilities managers, multi-skilled technicians, and administrative services staff
  • Establish performance metrics, accountability structures, and reporting cadences across the multi-site team

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Own the facilities and administrative services budget across all locations
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts
