Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven commercial leader to spearhead enterprise and global sales initiatives. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of products and services, focusing on enterprise clients, multi-product solutions, and long-term business expansion. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure commercial strategies align with operational capabilities, financial objectives, and market opportunitiesdelivering sustainable and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Lead the acquisition and expansion of enterprise clients, growing revenue across core business lines in line with financial targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the local market while supporting broader portfolio-wide objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform pricing, bundling, and positioning strategies.
- Partner with finance leadership to ensure sales plans are aligned with profitability and operational scalability.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline for enterprise and build-to-suit projects, ensuring high conversion rates.
Proposal Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Oversee the preparation of business proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to synchronize commercial strategy with delivery capabilities.
- Work closely with technical and business units to ensure initiatives are complementary and integrated.
- Engage with executive leadership on high-impact enterprise opportunities to inform long-term growth planning.
Contracting & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to structure favorable, risk-mitigated agreements.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company standards and local regulations.
- Optimize contract structures to support client satisfaction, retention, and overall business health.
Strategic Partnerships & Client Onboarding
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and create additional value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and handover to operational teams.
- Align sales and operational efforts for successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at key industry events and networking opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, commercial real estate, strategic account management, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles across multiple product and service offerings.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, proposal management, and enterprise client development.
- Deep understanding of the flexible workspace industry; knowledge of office construction is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly collaborative, able to influence cross-functional teams, and drive results.

- Strong broker network and proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
