Director of Construction

About the Role

As Head of Construction, you will provide strategic leadership for the construction function and oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple project sites.

You will lead teams, strengthen governance and operational excellence, and ensure major projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing construction organization.
• Drive operational excellence, governance, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
