Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Commercial Sales based in Muntinlupa City. The Director will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, driving strategic sales initiatives, and overseeing the development of client relationships. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, managing the performance of the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will play a significant part in achieving the company's commercial objectives and contributing to long-term business growth.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on Team Leadership and Sales Management
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate or property development sector is an advantage
