About The Role
The
Director of Client Retention will lead enterprise initiatives focused on improving customer loyalty, increasing policy renewals, and reducing policy lapses. This executive role partners closely with business leaders to deliver customer-centric retention strategies and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term client retention strategies.
- Oversee customer conservation programs and policy renewal initiatives.
- Analyze retention trends and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, and Finance.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of insurance, customer retention, or customer success experience.
- 5+ years leading large teams or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and operational leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
