About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Client Relations to lead and manage the company's most critical external relationships across government, regulatory bodies, and key industry stakeholders.

This is a senior, externally facing role that goes beyond traditional account management. The position requires a confident leader who can influence outcomes, navigate complex political and commercial landscapes, and operate with sound judgment and discretion.

The successful candidate will represent the company at the highest levels, handle sensitive engagements, and build strong, trust-based relationships in both formal and informal environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strategically influence senior stakeholder relationships across government, regulators, and industry entities
  • Serve as the primary interface for high-level engagements, aligning interests and driving outcomes in line with company objectives
  • Lead and support complex negotiations across regulatory, operational, and commercial priorities
  • Represent the company in formal and informal settings requiring discretion, trust-building, and influence
  • Navigate politically sensitive and high-pressure situations with strong judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Develop deep insights into stakeholder structures, motivations, and dynamics to guide engagement strategies
  • Identify risks, resistance points, and opportunities, adjusting approaches to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for senior stakeholders, managing issues professionally and discreetly
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
  • Provide leadership with insights on stakeholder sentiment, risks, and strategic opportunities
  • Support internal teams in aligning delivery with external expectations to ensure consistency and credibility

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in senior client management, government relations, or stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate at senior government and corporate levels
  • Strong understanding of political, regulatory, and organizational environments
  • Experience handling complex, high-profile, or sensitive stakeholder engagements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt across audiences
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog
  • Prior experience working with government bodies is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
