Job Description

Lead and grow the Cisco-focused business unit by driving sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco technologies, with the ability to collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to build pipeline, expand market coverage, and support future business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Cisco sales team to ensure revenue growth, GP attainment, and business stability.
  • Develop and execute channel development plans and regional programs aligned with vendor objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, resellers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive pipeline growth by aligning accounts and activities with channel partners and ATP/Tier-2 resellers.
  • Co-sell with partner sales teams and work closely with presales to deliver optimal Cisco solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Promote complementary and affinity vendors within the Cisco practice and expand services offerings.
  • Provide regular product and market updates to partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as a key link between regional vendor teams and internal business units to ensure alignment of strategies and program execution.
  • Ensure timely reporting (pipeline, MBOs, and performance metrics) and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, voice, server, and storage solutions within a Cisco environment.
  • Proven experience managing vendor and channel partner relationships in a channel-driven business model.
  • Solid sales leadership background with experience driving revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement.
  • Excellent business planning, negotiation, presentation, and proposal/tender writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with a forward-thinking and strategic mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, services, and regional teams.
