Global Business Development Director — NMBLR, Inc.

We're hiring the person who will take enterprise AI global — from Makati.
NMBLR is a venture-funded, profitable AI startup building the orchestration layer for enterprise AI. While most AI companies are still chasing revenue, we're deployed inside some of the region's largest enterprises — Jollibee, BDO, RCBC, Sunlife, SM Retail, Seafood City, and Chemonics International
Now we need a Global Business Development Director to own that growth.
What you'll do
- Own the enterprise pipeline end-to-end — from first conversation to signed platform deal — across SEA and North America
- Drive our land-and-expand motion: land with the Platform, power up with Forge, expand into full AI Squad deployments
- Build partnerships with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and channel partners across two continents
- Help define the enterprise AI orchestration category as it's being written
Who you are
- 6+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development (SaaS, cloud, data, or AI preferred)
- Proven closer of six- and seven-figure deals with C-suite stakeholders
- Fluent operating across SEA and US markets, cultures, and time zones
- Entrepreneurial: you build pipeline and playbooks from scratch — and want to grow with a company, not just work for one
