Role: Director, Administrative Operations

Company: Global Healthcare Shared Services (Philippines)

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Administrative Operations to lead multiple business-critical healthcare support functions within our Global Shared Services organization.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio supporting our U.S. healthcare operations.

The Director will oversee:

  • Provider Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Provider Compensation Administration
  • Revenue Cycle Support
  • Clinical Services Administration
  • Workforce Management
  • Centralized Scheduling
  • Credentialing Verification Services
  • Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Operations

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading large-scale healthcare shared services, global business services, or complex operational organizations, with a strong track record in operational performance, people leadership, governance, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple administrative and healthcare support functions within the Global Shared Services organization.
  • Lead operations for:
  • Provider Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Provider Compensation Administration
  • Revenue Cycle Support
  • Clinical Services Administration
  • Workforce Management
  • Centralized Scheduling
  • Credentialing Verification Services
  • Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Operations
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with enterprise objectives while ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics across all supported functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Partner closely with U.S.-based business leaders, clinical stakeholders, Finance, HR, and Operations to support organizational priorities and growth.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet evolving business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, including transitions, process migrations, and operational transformation programs.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach senior leaders while building a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or large-scale administrative operations.
  • At least 7 years of senior leadership experience managing multiple operational functions and large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations, provider services, revenue cycle management, clinical administration, or healthcare shared services is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading operational transformation, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, operational metrics, service delivery, and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed, or multinational organization is an advantage.
