The Qualifications We Seek
Requirements - Must Have
- 5 to 10 years of Marketing Operations experience, including 3-5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and sync mechanics
- Experience leading ABM platform strategy
- Proven experience leading and scaling marketing operations teams
- Experience building governance frameworks for marketing systems and lifecycle management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Marketo Certified Expert certification
- Experience with conversational marketing platforms
- Experience managing marketing attribution models
- Experience embedding AI into operational workflows
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Your Daily Tasks
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap
- Define and own the Marketing Operations strategy and 12-24 month roadmap
- Align marketing systems and processes with revenue goals and funnel targets
- Establish governance for campaign operations, lead lifecycle management, attribution, and data integrity
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to optimize MQL and SQL definitions and routing logic
- Identify and prioritize marketing technology investments and system enhancements
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a Manila-based Marketing Operations team
- Establish performance standards, QA frameworks, and operational SLAs
- Develop senior specialists and coordinators through mentorship and structured coaching
- Create documentation standards and knowledge management systems
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving
Marketing Automation & Systems Architecture
- Own the overall Marketo architecture and governance model
- Oversee scalable program templates, scoring models, lifecycle design, and nurture strategies
- Ensure email deliverability best practices and infrastructure health
- Provide architectural oversight for complex campaign builds
ABM & Revenue Technology Ecosystem
- Own and optimize the 6Sense strategy and orchestration frameworks
- Ensure seamless integration across 6Sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies
- Oversee enrichment workflows and data vendor strategies
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve marketing performance
Data Governance & Integration Oversight
- Own Marketo-Salesforce synchronization integrity and governance standards
- Define field mapping strategies and data hygiene policies
- Implement proactive monitoring systems and operational alerts
- Establish scalable data deduplication and quality frameworks
Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Optimization
- Own lifecycle stage definitions and governance policies
- Optimize routing logic and SLA adherence across marketing and sales
- Identify funnel leakage and structural inefficiencies
Reporting, QA & Operational Excellence
- Define campaign QA standards and review frameworks
- Establish reporting models for campaign performance and funnel metrics
- Ensure documentation quality and audit readiness
- Lead cross-functional post-mortems on operational issues
AI & Process Modernization
- Develop and execute the AI enablement roadmap for Marketing Operations
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Standardize AI-assisted workflows across the marketing operations team
- Increase operational efficiency without increasing headcount
