Title: Director, Logistics & Customs Operations

Role & Responsibilities:
Position Summary
The Director, Logistics & Customs Operations oversees the end-to-end operation including origin logistics, inbound logistics, international drop ship and customs to ensure efficient, costeffective, and fully compliant movement of goods globally. The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving strategic initiatives that enhance supply chain performance. The Director partners closely with Sourcing, Planning, Regional Inbound, Customer Service and Finance teams to formulate Logistics strategy, enable business growth, and mitigate risk. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur to support our growing logistics and customs capabilities in the region, and to steward the development of the Malaysia service center while igniting culture and building our local operational strategy.
