- Develop and implement leadership development, succession and capability frameworks to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Drive a learning culture and growth mindset, supported by organizational effectiveness, change management and culture initiatives.
- Transform the learning ecosystem through AI, analytics, digital learning and innovative learning technologies.
- Build career and learning pathways to support internal mobility and frontline-to-leadership progression.
- Manage strategic learning vendors, institutions and external partnerships, including contracts, performance and ROI.
- Lead and develop a high-performing L&OD team while partnering closely with the broader HR team.
Role requirements
- Degree qualified with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Organisation Development, ideally within a large, complex, or matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style.
- Proven track record in digital transformation of learning and leveraging AI, analytics and technology to enhance L&D.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
