About Our Client

The organisation provides operational support services to clients within the investment management industry. It manages a diverse portfolio of accounts and is focused on strengthening leadership capability, operational maturity, and technology adoption.

Job Description

Lead investment management delivery operations across a business unit supporting a large portfolio of clients.
Oversee a large workforce primarily working on a remote setup.
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a senior point of contact.
Drive delivery excellence, accountability, and performance against operational metrics.
Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve operational outcomes.
Develop business cases and address complex customer challenges.
Strengthen leadership capability and decision-making across the management team.
Assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Improve value-add service delivery and operational maturity across the function.
Manage financial performance, including understanding profitability, billings, and P&L drivers.

The Successful Applicant

Proven expertise in investment vehicles and fund management operations, specifically middle office or back office.
Must have extensive experience in a multinational investment management company.
Proven client-facing leadership experience.
Strong understanding of technology and its application to operational performance.
Experience leading large-scale financial services operations.
Demonstrated ability to hold leaders accountable and drive performance.
Experience developing business cases and delivering solutions to customer challenges.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Amenable to working on a night shift and hybrid work setup.
