Summary:

Leads the People & Culture function across multiple brands, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive talent excellence, strong culture, compliance, and a positive employee experience that supports sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational vision, values, and growth plans.
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
  • Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, and HR governance.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, job architecture, and HR operations.
  • Champion culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership on organization design and key business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
  • Strong expertise in labor relations, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Holds a bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Masters preferred but not required)
